Scan-to-Pay Poster Generator

Paste your Decal pay link and print a counter sign that walks customers through paying. Free, no signup, no watermark — 5 × 7 inches, ready for a print shop.

How it works

Three steps, no account, and nothing saved anywhere but your own printer.

1

Paste your pay link

Grab a location's QR code URL from your dashboard, or a checkout link from your Decal site. The poster updates as you type.

2

Add your business name

Optional, and it prints in the footer. Leave it blank and the footer keeps just the Decal mark.

3

Print it, or save a PDF

Print straight to your own printer, or choose Save as PDF to send a vector file to a print shop.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why does it only accept Decal pay links?

The poster carries our mark and tells a customer their payment will go through. Nobody standing at a counter can inspect where a printed code points, so we don't let it point anywhere else. For any other address, the QR code generator is unbranded and accepts anything.

What paper size is it?

5 × 7 inches, which is what print shops expect for counter signage. Printing at home on Letter works too — your browser centers it on the sheet, and you trim to size.

Will it print with the background?

In Chrome, Edge, and Safari, yes — the page asks for it. Firefox turns background graphics off by default, so if the poster comes out as plain text on white paper, tick “Print backgrounds” in the print dialog.

Can I use my own logo and colors?

Not on this page. The public generator prints the standard Decal design. Branded posters that pick up your own colors are coming to the dashboard.

Is my pay link stored anywhere?

No. Everything happens in your browser — nothing you type here is sent to us, logged, or saved.

Do I need a Decal account?

To use the tool, no. But the QR has to point at a Decal pay link, and you get one of those by having a Decal account.
