Decal Catalog is one place to define everything you sell — products, services, classes, memberships, tickets — and offer it across every channel.

The Decal catalog showing products, services, and memberships in one place

Most businesses sell more than one kind of thing. The café down the street makes a great latte, but also sells mugs, gift cards, and a monthly bean subscription. The salon sells cuts and the sea salt spray on the shelf behind the register, plus a discounted rate for regulars. Your personal trainer offers 1-on-1 sessions out of a home gym and runs group classes at a rented studio.

The software they use to run these businesses can't handle the complexity. Products are offered in one tool, services live in another, and the membership ends up tracked on scraps of paper or spreadsheets.

Enter Decal Catalog. It's a single place to set up everything your business sells, so you can sell it anywhere. Online or in-person.

What Catalog can do

The Catalog is where you describe what your business offers: physical products, digital goods, services, classes, memberships, gift cards, event tickets, reservations. Set an item up once and it shows up everywhere you sell - your online store, your in-person checkout, your payment links. Change a price once and it updates everywhere.

Every item you offer is built from a handful of building blocks, and you only touch the ones your specific products need.

The building blocks

1. Variants: the specific thing a customer buys

A t-shirt comes in small / red and XL / blue. Each of those is its own variant, with its own SKU and its own stock count, so you actually know what's left on the shelf. Set up "Size" and "Color" once and every product that needs them shares the same options. Never rebuild the same dropdowns for every item.

2. Modifiers: the choices made at checkout

Oat milk. Extra shot. Gift wrap. These are the small decisions a customer makes when they order, and in the Catalog they're modifiers, each with its own price and its own rules ("pick one milk", "up to three flavors"). Build a "Milk" group once and drop it onto every drink on the menu.

3. Pricing that fits the product

Not everything is a flat price. The Catalog handles discounts, one-time charges, per-unit pricing with included units (five seats included, more billed per seat), volume tiers, and time-based pricing for things sold by the hour or day. Whatever your business model, the Catalog can price it.

4. Categories and locations

Group items the way your customers browse, and control exactly which items are available at which location — so your downtown shop and your airport kiosk can carry different menus from the same catalog.

Why it matters

A payments product that only moves money treats every sale as an anonymous dollar amount. Once Decal knows what you're selling, everything downstream gets better:

  • Real orders. Every sale captures the exact item, variant, and add-ons a customer chose - clean line items instead of a lump sum.
  • Smarter loyalty. Stored Value and rewards can be applied to specific products and behaviors, not just general spend.
  • One source of truth. Change a price or pull an item once, and it updates everywhere you sell.

Start selling

That's the whole idea: one place for everything you sell, ready to go everywhere you sell it.

The Catalog is live in your dashboard today. Open the Catalog tab and add your first item — the rest of Decal already knows what to do with it.
