Customer Search, Payment Fees & Payout Methods
Find customers by full name, phone or email, see every fee on a payment, and start payouts from one guided flow.
Customer Search
Customer search now matches each word you type on its own, so a first and last name together finds the customer, a phone number matches however it's formatted, and part of a customer's ID finds them too. It works the same on the Customers page, in the customer pickers, and in your loyalty and Stored Value member lists.
Customers without a name now show their email, phone number or a short ID instead of a generic placeholder, and you can search by that label as well.
Payment Fees
The Payment details card on a transaction now lists every fee on the payment, for every payment method, including fees you absorb and Decal's Processing fee. Each one shows who pays it and how it's collected, next to the Net amount you keep. Transaction lists show the Total charged, which is what the customer actually paid, fees included.
Payout Methods
New payouts open in a full-screen wizard that starts with where you want the money to go: your Bank Account or your Settlement Wallet. After that you only see the steps that method needs. The Payouts page is available as soon as your business qualifies for a payout method, even before you've finished setting one up. If your balance can't be read, you see a notice you can retry instead of a $0.00 balance.
Minor Improvements
- Business setup marks its required fields and keeps Continue disabled until a step is complete. The country of incorporation is no longer preselected, and the registration number is labelled for your country (a UK business gives its company number).
- Accepting a team invite always ends on a success screen before taking you to your dashboard.
- Stored value balances that can't be confirmed show as unavailable at checkout, not $0, and can't be spent until they are.
- Stablecoin wallet errors say what happened. A declined signature reads as a cancellation, and a wallet that disconnected or switched accounts is offered a reconnect.
- Test-mode order links open for anyone who follows them, including signed-out customers, with the test-mode banner shown.
- Receipts keep the card processing fee after an order is refunded.
- Orders paid in more than one payment show the total paid.
